Probably the two best places to get pizza are Chicago and New York. Pizza making is an art-form and people travel far and wide for that ultimate slice. Sure, there are pizzerias in the Midwest, the West Coast and the South. But nobody does it like we do.
I spent some time in the Midwest – Indiana to be exact. And I have to be honest – that stuff they make with dough and cheese on it – it’s not pizza. The dough has sugar in it and it tastes more like a cake. It’s not bad, it’s just not pizza.
