Moving has been the biggest hassle in the world but I’m really happy we’re here and able to make this place a home at long last. I’m really into fashion, but not nearly as much as I am with beauty. So as soon as I saw that the event schedule for this year’s Fashion’s Night Out was posted online, I knew that I wanted to take advantage of it and squeeze as many things into it as possible. One of the things that I really love about being a kindergarten teacher is me remembering just how much I was influenced by others when it came to being a young student. My godmother has always been a huge part of my life and since she didn’t have any children of her own, I wanted to make sure we did something special for her 50th birthday this year. My job leaves me travelling a lot, and like many of you out there, it’s hard to have a life at home when I’m on the road so often. I like the freedom of being on the go but it’s difficult to maintain friendships and I know it’s really hard on my boyfriend.
