Psy, or Park Jae-Sang, is literally all the rave in Korea, and has been for a few years now. He has shattered the model of the Korean entertainer and has one-handedly propelled himself to globally notorious status. Why? Aside from his hilarious stage performances and cameo appearances in shows like X-man and Good Sunday, Psy has the record for most views and fastest acquired views for a Korean-pop Youtube video. Gangnam Style, as the infamous video is called, has been watched by more than 100 million people worldwide, and was viewed by 80 million people in a little over a month!

In the video we see Psy doing a goofy dance, which is a depiction of someone riding a horse like a cowboy. He even mimics how a cowboy would swing a rope. These antics are the reason why he appeared in the recent VMA’s this month. And, like his videos and performances, he certainly did not disappoint the viewing audience; he was as funny and humorous as ever.

The first website that popped up was to a company called Fast Forward Academy. One aspect of the academy that really caught my interest was that it’s taught by other enrolled agents who have taken the enrolled agent exam. They provide students with techniques and study strategies that will improve your chances of doing well. Also, the staff gives us study guides filled with tests that are very similar to how the actual assessment is constructed. So basically it was quite like taking an Enrolled Agent exam every time you were assigned a practice test. Because of this method I was easily able to pass the test and become, not only an agent, but also an employee of the academy.

For the first time in a decade and a half, the Baltimore Orioles are in contention for an October run in September. Of course they’re in the same division as the Yankees, which will make winning the American League East more than a daunting task, but it’s impressive to see the young team make it to this point. How about the National’s? Who would have thought they would have, in mid-September, the best record in the major league’s? As unfathomable as this might be, this is a testament to how talented and how driven the team really is (look at players like Stephen Strasburg and Bryce Harper for clarification.)

Lollapalooza has over 160,000 at the event over a three day period, which I’d safely assume is one of the largest music events in Chicago and in America! The lineup includes dozens of artists over a three day period. This music festival has become famous mostly due to the diverse lineup of artists, but it also used to be a traveling tour many years ago. Now, Lollapalooza is held only in Chicago, Brazil and Chile.

Lollapalooza’s diverse lineup isn’t the only draw to this festival, though. Throughout the weekend, many dance and comedy performances are put on, too, and concert goers can enjoy shopping at a number of craft booths. If you’re tired from dancing to your favorite band’s music, you can take a break and walk around these booths.

What’s better than listening to some of the best bands perform in front of a beautiful Chicago skyline? I can’t think of many things that are! If you’re in the Chicago area during the summer, I definitely recommend checking out Lollapalooza.

Gino's East Pizzeria -- One of the best places for deep dish in Chicago.

Chicago is well-known for all sorts of things: architecture, art, music, parks, etc. But Chicago’s greatest invention has to be the deep-dish style of pizza. It’s not like pizza you’ll find anywhere else — two crusts around a gooey, thick, delicious layer of cheese. This pizza comes in slices, but not like those you get in New York; you just might end up needing a knife and fork to tackle all the heaping goodness in a deep-dish serving!Deep-dish usually takes about 45 minutes to make; chefs take a nice thick pan and cover it with a layer of dough before adding the cheese and any toppings you might have ordered (Canadian bacon being an obvious choice) and then coating all that with a  second layer of dough and tomato sauce.  If you’re not familiar with deep-dish yet, don’t worry; you’ll find out it’s worth the wait soon enough. Just about every pizzeria worth visiting in Chicago will have deep-dish on the menu, so the next time you’re in the Windy City treat yourself to a local specialty!

Hey there restaurant lovers! If you didn’t know already,  Chicago is one of America’s best cities for food– No matter where you look, there’s an excellent restaurant or pub waiting to be found. So if you’re either visiting the Windy City on vacation or are a local in search of great cuisine, Chicago Clout Wiki is here to give you some pointers and suggestions on where to find grub you’re sure to love. One of the great things about Chicago is just how many neighborhoods it has, and all of those neighborhoods have at least one great place to eat. If you like ethnic cuisine, you’ll definitely want to head to Pilsen for the very best in Mexican food (courtesy of Chicago’s vibrant Mexican community, one of the most well-known in the country). Or maybe Chinatown on the near South Side, where you can find both traditional and exotic dishes for very cheap. Not feeling like ethnic food? Don’t sweat it — try out some of the awesome gastro-pubs in the Loop. Steak, too is a great choice; both the Loop and the near North Side have great steak houses where you can get the highest quality meat. Go a little farther north and you’ll find great pubs and sea food on the North Side in neighborhoods like Belmont and Lincoln Park.

It doesn’t stop there! If food is your thing, get out on the El and explore Chicago yourself for great eats. You’re sure to find them — all you need is an appetite.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.

There are many cities around the world that are known for their rare and intriguing collections of artwork and paintings.  Aside from such places like Philadelphia or New York City, Chicago has some of the best art museums in the country.           

Museums like the National Museum of Mexican Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, offer beautiful exhibits and collections that help to showcase stunning artwork to the community and tourists alike.

The National Museum of Mexican Art is the only major museum in Chicago that is free to the public.  They have been providing visitors free access since 1987 and have over 160,000 guests every year.  The NMMA has one of the largest collections in the nation, including a permanent collection that contains roughly 7,000 objects.  Founded in 1982 with a starting budget of just $900, the NMMA has become the nation’s leading and largest Mexican cultural institution.

Created in 1945, The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago offers a wide variety of visual art including that of film, performance, sculpture, photography, and painting.  Offering visitors the chance to see innovative contemporary artwork, the MCA inspires students and guests with diverse artwork.  The MCA also has a bookstore, a restaurant, a library, and 300-seat theater for special performances.

Both of these art museums offer great exhibits for Chicagoans and visitors, and are certainly worth visiting.

Chicago Skyline

It’s more than just the ‘Windy City’, and much more than just an ordinary city on the water.  Chicago is home to more than 3 million people, in 77 district neighborhoods.  It is estimated that Chicago has 86 millions visitors annually.

This extraordinary city has so much to offer, including sites like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and the Chicago Cultural Center.  All offer numerous performances, museums, and art shows.  Depending on the length of your stay, there is always something to see and something to do in this very busy city.

Located on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, the city is traversed by both the Chicago River and the Calumet River, which gives it a multitude of water attractions that are perfect in the summertime.

Chicago is also a very passionate sports town, supporting home team such as Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Bulls, and the Chicago Bears.  Chicago is also known for its rich history.  In 1884, Chicago was home to the first skyscraper.  It was also home to the start of the historic Route 66, and the Sears Tower, built in 1974 that is still the tallest building in North America.  Chicago was also the birthplace countless inventions like the car radio and the TV remote control.

This city offers much more than meets the eye.  With its interesting history and dedication to sports, Chicago is a great place to visit and see.
